My Legacy for NLGL
I have two things that I'd like to leave behind for the NLGL faculty, two ideas I thought of during the course of this last semester but that need more time to develop:
DNA - Digitized Noted Articles and Leader Teachership.
Use the pull-down from the NLaGL tab to see more about what I mean.
(Note: My students told me one day, while we were watching a DVD on Harry Truman, that I looked just like him - it was the victory photo, Truman holding up the "Dewey Defeats Truman" mis-headline the morning after he had been re-elected. This photo I thought more appropriate for leaving the NLGL program - at the end of his last day in office, Harry and Bess got in the car, and he drove them home to Independence, Missouri. Truman, my favorite prez.)
